CSR Partnering with DOCS Foundation Nepal for purposes

Overview

At Going Nepal, we believe that sustainable tourism is about more than unforgettable experiences, it’s about uplifting the communities we visit and supporting the voices that spark real, lasting change. That’s why we are proud to highlight our partnership with DOCS Foundation Nepal, an esteemed Nepalese non-profit, non-political organization that has been transforming the lives of vulnerable children for over two decades.

The Destitute and Orphan Children Safeguarding Foundation Nepal better known as DOCS Foundation Nepal is a registered non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit organization committed to providing refuge, care, and developmental opportunities for orphaned, destitute, and marginalized children throughout Nepal. Since its establishment in 2002, the organization has grown into one of the country’s most trusted advocates for child welfare and rights.

Founded by Mr. Liladhar Bhandari, who himself experienced life as an orphan, DOCS Foundation Nepal draws inspiration and direction from lived experience and steadfast compassion. What began as a deeply personal mission has grown into a broad movement that empowers children with dignity, education, healthcare, and hope.
